My xbox will not read any of my Hardrives
20gb and 120gb.
I phoned microsoft they coulden't do nothing.
IF YOU ANSWER THIS AND IT WORKS YOU'LL GET MAJOR REP!!!

Try pulling out the power cables.
Also try to make sure the hard drive is fully in.
If not then let your Xbox set and cool down then try.

Restart the WHOLE thing.
Take out the cords, EVERYTHING.
And then just plug it all back in, if not, just clear your cache.

wat type of xbox is it because my cousin had the elite
and his laser or disk tray didnt recognize any disk even if it was installed

Pull the cable out of your xbox, pull the cable out of the box with the orange/green light, then pull it out of the wall outlet...Now take the hard drive out and then put it back all back in, 1. hard drive, 2. wall outlet, 3. the box with orange/green light, 4. the cable in the xbox..Now try it

I can't clear system cache due to the memory tab thing doesen't work..
