i've ssssssseen many like that before but nice job. you can change that to your skin by renaming it to char.png then go into you're .mincraft then bin. open you're minecraft.jar with winrar then look for the mobs folder.
then replace your char.png with the original one. and there you have it. you have the skin

thanks for help but it changes everyones skin in multiplayer.
