Hello TTG, After some thought, I have decided to start saving up to build a Gaming Desktop. I was wondering if I could get some tips on good hardware or just building a desktop that can play many games on decent settings. Id have to say I will have a budget of about 2,000-2,500 dollars. Everything helps! Thanks TTG!

for 2,500.

You should have no problem playing most games or all on high settings if chosen the correct specs.

I have an iMac 2011. And I can play most games on high settings with no or little lag.

Only game I have ever encountered problems with is GTA IV and Crysis 2 on Very high settings.

So your PC should be awesome. Hope someone whom knows more than me about specs helps you

With that budget you can get 2 6970's or some GTX 580(s).
