well the title says it all if we cant "buy" or trade for rep why is it here if it is because of proof for mods you can ask friends to give rep (please dont ban my account i just want to know and am giving supporting details)

Gives people an idea if their trusted if their not stickied, if someone see's a person with negative rep their not going to trust that seller..
