You should just buy my xbox, It has survived being thrown at the floor multiple occasions courtesy of my gf. Also I dont understand why only some of the disk runs. Try running it in a different xbox.... I mean, I have thrown my Black Ops disc across my house about 20 times and yet it still boots without issue..
