Got a blackmagic. it's great though you need a good PC. i got a core i7 920 @ 4.0ghz but recording only uses ~35% cpu.
once rendered using my 15mbps bitrate settings its about 100mb/min so not bad i guess for hd, but also you could tweak around and get smaller file with good quality

you should also add that the easycap plugs into the usb slot, and that it comes with an extension cable and you have to use Ulead video studios to record it ;)
