Does anyone know how to transfer all songs from one iPod to another?

Go on itunes, transfer all the songs.

Then plug the new ipod in and sync it

i think it some bumping thing you can get from the app store ( not sure though )

bump doesnt work for that but if the songs are on your computer then sync it or if you downloaded it off itunes then redownload
