Steps:
1) Invite your friend to a player match and party (make sure ur in party chat)

2) start a search and destroy - have to find a game thats in a lobby if u find a game thats already started back out and restart

3) when u find a game it will tell you to goto game chat click no and tell the person ur copying to keep it up without pressing anything

4) you will get a black screen and then you will be back in a player match as soon as you get in there tell your friend to hit no on the chat thing.

5)your friend will get a black screen then after will get a error message saying you cant be in party chat wile in search and tell him to click ok on that then go into a player match and he will have your title and emblem
