ive had this problem earlier and fixed it, it wasnt all that complicated all u have to do is order a new disk tray but make sure u get the right one if u look at ur disk tray there is a sticker with all sorts of item numbers youre going to have to buy one with the same info on it, once u get it u will have to open it and take the botom piece of the disk tray which reads the disk and resoder it to the old top piece of the tray where u put the disk. i hope this helped although it is hard to explain in text, i recomend looking at youtube and u can most likely get a tut.
