Just received my new Xenon Jtag.
It has nothing on it but the original dash. When I put xex on my hdd via transfer cable, it showed up in demos but I couldn't launch it.
Can anyone help me figure out what to do, or show me a good tutorial?

try to remove it and re download it or re flash it again

Tried that, can't load it. I don't know how to flash it. Like I said, I just received it today.

It has Dash 2.0.4552.0

I don't know what to do at this point..

are you sure it has already been jtagged or is it jtagable

His problem it that he bought a jtagged console when he puts xex menu on his hard drive it does not open that is why I think he has bought a jtagable xbox.

Thanks but i don't know how he would check to see if it has been jtagged or not without opening it do you?

My cousin bought it and asked me to set it up, because I'm generally the tech guy. When I turned it on and saw the original dash I knew something wasn't right.. Guess I'll tell him he's screwed out of the money.
