This tool was originally designed for 1 person to Transfer their own content to a new xbox, however you can File Transfer from a friend with their permission to obtain Downloadable content you do not posses
Question: What is a License Transfer?
Answer: A License Transfer is a tool that allows you to transfer content from one Xbox 360 console to another.
Question: Can I be banned or suspended for using this?
Answer: No, this is a Microsoft approved tool and can be found on the Xbox LIVE website, It's safe and easy to use.
Question: Do I need a Xbox LIVE Membership to perform a License Transfer?
Answer: Yes, It is mandatory that you have an Xbox LIVE membership, without one you can not use this tool.
Question: Can I do a License Transfer whenever I want?
Answer: Unfortunately no, you may only go through the License Transfer process once every 121 days.
Question: What are the Requirements for a License Transfer?
Answer: You may only transfer Game and Video licenses (Game Add-ons, Trailers, Games on Demand, Arcade Games and Indie Games, You can not Transfer rental licenses such as a Netflix, Trial or video, or Zune Downloads. In order to get the content, the person you are transferring with must have bought the content themselves, if any of their content is License Transferred, it will not show up in your Transfer list on the Xbox website.
Question: Someone on TTG is asking me to do a License Transfer with them, What should I do?
Answer: Do not listen to them! A License Transfer requires your Xbox live Recovery and Login information! It is highly recommended that you only perform a License Transfer with someone you know IE. A friend from School, a close neighbor etc.
How do I start a License Transfer?
Answer: I'll be writting out a Tutorial in This FAQ that explains how to perform a License Transfer.
1) Recover a Friends Gamertag on to your Xbox 360 Console
2) Sign into your friends account on the Xbox 360 website located here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

3)Go to the License Transfer Tool page on the Xbox 360 Website located here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] you should than be redirected to this page

4) Once there, make sure you are signed into the account on your Xbox 360 Console, Click next and you will than be signed out of Xbox LIVE, be sure to sign back in! Afterward you should end up here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Once again, click the next button.

5) Afterwards you will be asked to Confirm the Transfer, click Confirm and you will be taken here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and then here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , Click the next button.
You should than be taken here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

6)Once there, Select the items you want to download, and place them in the DOWNLOAD QUEUE section (The right most bar) Any content in the Left bar will not be downloaded.
Click confirm and all of the Content selected will appear in your "Active Downloads" Section of your Xbox 360, Download and enjoy.
That's it you're done! Now go out and play!

Thats ok I will keep looking for someone who does.
I couldnt buy it at the store cause my mom said it has hookers in it lol.
