It's pretty self explanitory but I'll write a tutorial

Step 1

Select which motherboard revision you have



Step 2

Enter your CPU Key



Step 3

Click generate freeBOOT!



Step 4

Choose your original NAND dump, then click open



Step 5

Then after it's done generating the image, rename the freeBOOT.bin file to updflash.bin



Step 6

After that put the updflash.bin in your flash drive



Step 7

Open Flash360, Press A



Step 8

Then Press B so you don't keep the current KV and CPU Key or You can select to keep it

Step 9

Once done Press the BACK button twice so flash360 itself will turn off xbox



Step 10

Unplug everything, leave off for 2 Minutes, then power on, and You should have freeBOOT v.032/ Kernal 9199

*IMPORTANT*It is recommended you use the original NAND image but, if your friend or someone you know can give you they're original NAND (but it has to be same Motherboard with same kernal you're at) and you replace with your CPU, DVD, and OSignature that is your 2nd option. But if you are really desperate go ahead and back up with your XBR NAND but that isnt recommended but go ahead at your own risk.
