all of my icons on my desktop, and throughout my entire computer are like this. i dabbled in icon packs a while ago, but i took them all off and my icons stayed like this. :S and suggestions? +rep

It has the same icon as programs and features on windows 7.

no he probably has a program like winzip tht makes it like tht u might need to search it on ur star menu try looking up winzip if tht dont work idk

Restore your computer to a earlier time.

Or you could restart it, and see were that takes you.
