Is is permitted to sell Runescape items in exchange for other runescape items. It's got nothing to do with real world trading.
For example:
I make a topic about selling my dragon scimitar for 85k gp and if anyone is intrested to add me ingame.
I was just curious because on the rules it said no selling of virtual goods.
Could be a stupid question but still deserves an answer I guess...

yes you can do that. Its's not against the rules
