check ur email stupid try to sign in on xbox.com and click forgot password and you should be able to reset it

if you call microsoft and tell them the old account info they can check to see if there was a password change and see what it was to have proof it was yours. or if they needed a lot of proof they could send a technician to your house and see if you actually have the account on your xbox. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE: CALL MICROSOFT!

just set a password reset link to another email

have them send the password to your email, its as simple as that, unless you used a temp email then your screwed

i just got mine back. you have to call 18004myxbox and they will ask you alot of questions to varify that it is your account then they will lock it for about 7-15 days for a investigation.they will then send you a e-mail with a new windows live account with your profile and you just recover it.
