As far as I know there are no mod menus for BorderLands.

Sylux's Lockjaw is the only known non-jtag Mod Menu that exists, and also as far as we know, he released it to some kid who, again as we assume, has not leaked it. He and Sylux have the only copies of the program.

There is, however, and XeX mod menu patch for this game if you have a JTag. You could probably find a DL somewhere by googling it.

There's mod menus for every game. But borderlands doesn't require one so no one cares to make such a worthless patch and since the multi player sucks so hard... Why do that at all? Even I don't see the point in it...
