hi to all guys today i've opened my xbox 360 slim 250 gb and i've tryed several times to hotswap cod waw but when i put my modded disk it stay to 0% and wont start to install.
for the hotswap i use an external HDD so 15,5 gb please help me guys i'm in your hands

sorry for the double post but i think that with the new update the fixed the xbox 360 SLIM hotswap :\ i've tried with 2 original games and nothing to do , it stay to 0% and dont install the game
