I think that you just have to play on an offline account like sign in on player 1.
Also i am asking this because im getting my xbox flashed and this game tommorow so post your oppinions on how NOT to get banned

dont join xbl on that acc
play mw2 with the ethernet cable out
and play it

Yep as said, just play offline and you should be fine. Just follow the tips above you. And for showing your friends, video works. Or have them come to your house

There is actually no other way than playing offline. Becos when you play online you have to take an update which results in a ban!
