I will try that, great post btw, but before i do all of that if it was my actual internet provider (BT) that blocked out game-tuts how come i can go on it on a different computer which is connected to the same modem?

Hmm, maybe you have parental settings on your AV. If not maybe in your computer.
But if the ip is the problem, the easiest way to fix it is just using the vpn.
But that's what I think. You can continue to look more/longer, or you can just do that tutorial and just relax.

Then it's most for sure your firewall/ a AV or security program.
Which I have no idea on what to do with that, try disabling your firewall, and try accessing the websites. If not then I have no clue, sorry man.
