and saying it was crap and because the other owner made me semi-admin i banned him (do you think he deseved it) but then the other owner banned me so i recommend do NOT join this server

Ya the owners seem like they do not know what there doing.
there permissions is all coded wrong.
I told them about it, and they ignored me.
Then one owner told a member that he can build a cat then he did, then the guy left, the other owner came in, and destroyed it, and it went all downhill from there.
I tried to tell them what plugins they need to make the server better, but they just ignore me.
This is a really good griefing server, bcuz you can be a guest, and you can break blocks.
I WOULD ADVISE NOT JOIN.
