It's terrible. I will tell you why.
Upgrade to a AMD 955, not too much more and will allow you to OC that thing pretty high.

6gb of ram = triple channel. Socket AM3 is dual channel, hence you need to buy a dual channel kit.

Get the Hyper 212, 1$ cheaper and will give you better results.

YOU SKIMPED ON THE PSU!! WHY!!? That thing is a piece of junk that shouldn't even be a last resort. You don't even need 850w anyways. Go with a nice RELIABLE 550w corsair. The PSU is hands down the most important thing in your system.

Why do with some cheaper AM2+ board when you can get a better quality AM3+ board? This will give you a ton more options to upgrade.

Your whole build has to be re-done.

I need a better PSU because my 9800GX2 takes a lot of power, and I will take your option for the CPU and RAM, but everything else, no.

Don't take my suggestions then. I don't care. It's not my PC. Trying to help you, but no. Enjoy your terrible rig.
