If i send you my hard drive and you flash it does that mean it can play burnt games on any xbox as long as the flashed hard drive is in ?

Not what i know but you Cannot flash Hard Drives ; you can make them colour , see through, lights mod in them but the free games/iso's are done through a flashed drive and then games are stored onto the Hard drive. Depending on how big the games are depends on how many you can fit on the memory unit.
If your wanting to play back up game ; its a flashed drive you need, i recommend getting one , there cheap, and will be nice when you get a hang of the console ;)
