Does this work after the 7/5/11 patch? and are there any super speed cars cus i just made an ISO two days ago and every car was super speed... i HATE super speed cars.

yeah i know its for the original. i dont have tbogt. thanks thou. i made the disk about an hour ago and it literally just finished downloading to my hard drive 1 second ago

Yeah and be careful on TBoGT if you are still modding it with bypassed files. The Xbox LIVE Enforcement are now roaming the area of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City/TboGT and TLaD.

is there a way to take off super speed for everything. (ive never edited files for ISO's so could you explain in detail if its possible)

Yeah edit the common.rpf with GTAIV, NeedleIV, or SparkIV.
