I actually like the flare effect within the background although I think you should extend the range of how far the effect goes, e.g. you have the flare in the center then the sparks around it but you think about making the flare shine further rather than in the center. I like the text effects too but I don't really like the light blue stroke included. Remove that or change the colour of it or even lower the opacity of the stroke to blend in with the background. Got to admit, it's simple looking but it's attractive. I'd give that a 10/10 if the text was 3 dimensional.

Nonetheless, well done.
