Dude i read it all but seriously its just a franchise that people like to play, if you dont like it dont play it, simple, thing is you say MW3 is gonna be the same old cr*p but you will still buy it, i dont like call of duty that much im more of a fifa guy, but come on dude just a game dont get a conspiracy against it.

So, its not going downhill. If anything its going up, more sales each year. And BF3 will only make it stronger. Theres NOTHING that will stop it. Its stronger than any game we have ever known.

Very good post/rant. I agree with most of the post but i believe CoD can still be saved. It has many flaws but they are only considered flaws to the average hardcore gamer. For new players or "noobs" every Call of Duty will be considered "balanced" and "fun". When really everybody just needs to realize one thing. Treyarch and Infinity Ward aren't trying to make a game for everyone to enjoy. Only for the majority of the community, which are the "noobs". They are trying to make a game anybody no matter the skill level will perform well. That is the only reason it is selling so well in the first place. The hardcore gamers are really the only ones that realize this. The new gamers arrive in truckloads every year. Usually because of the advertising that
activision does so well and because of a suggestions from friends and family both irl and over the internet. That is all I have to say.

People believe it can be saved with every new game. But it never happens.

Just want to say i feel the same, you could have called me a 'hardcore' cod player lool, i played cod4 way too much like i got ino the top 1000 for score legit and i used to own the name 'Im Too Godly' if any of you remember that from CoD4 and i used to be No.1 in accuracy, THEY WERE THE CoD days, just like to add i played EVERY cod on the console platform and i liked some but CoD4 the most.

I now just like you look to strive towards new different games, i can't play two games of black ops with out getting bored.

Anyway nice MONSTER post.
