I recently got a iPhone as some of you might have noticed, and it's pretty good - but I want to jailbreak it, so I can optimize it even more.
So my question(s) are:
Why should I not do it?
Why should I do it?
And can I restore the settings?
Also a question that isn't related to jailbreaking. If I reset my iPhone, will I lose the games and other apps I paid for, meaning I'd have to pay again?
- Thank you if you answer any of these questions.

Why should I not do it? It may slow down the device, but its not a problem
Why should I do it? You Get basically any app for free. You can get cool themes etc. that you cant get on an un-jailbroken device.
And can I restore the settings? yes you can. when you update the firmware the jailbreak goes away.
hope that helped! use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] if you want to jailbreak it!
p.s. you wont lose anything if u use spirit jb to jailbreak it

You should do it because you get free apps. Although it's illegal people rarely get caught.
Also you can restore to default settings and you can redownload your apps for free if you payed for them.

Thank you for your response! I might consider jailbreaking it anyway.
What kind of apps are good, btw? I've heard some thing about Cydia - what's that?

It's kind of sketchy, though - I can't remove the jailbreak untill Apple releases a update, which can be in like, 20 years?
