Alright I am extremely sorry. Your JTAG is covered under warranty and will be fixed for absolutely no cost. Once again I am sorry, and we may add an extra accessory for your troubles.

2 things:
1. That console was stress tested before i sent it out
~NO RRoD
2. We'll have to talk about it, it was a never before opened falcon jtaggable, i find it hard to believe it rrod when you got it
