Well all I can say is try to re-download and burn a new copy, or get a new patch. If you want a new patch I would get motion flex v1. If you decide to get motion flex v1 and need help finding a link or finding the gamertag checks, pm me.
Also coolbunny's patch doesn't have a gamertag check.
