I sent a support email to EA saying that i traded for ronaldo, received him, and lost him the next day(not true). EA has no clue what to do with me. Im on the 5th section of their support group and the last email said possible solutions was a replacement ronaldo!!!

You do know the Dev team can tell what you've had (Last stage you get to of the support group.) And if they know your lying you'll get coins deducted and probably your team deleted. Somebody got done for like -500,000 coins.
