For your first creation it's actually not that bad compared to other members work when they attempt. You engraved it and added a gloss which looks pretty good. One thing I'd consider editing would be the opacity of the gloss shape, it's too noticeable and shouldn't be that high in opacity. Also the pattern overlay on the background is too black, lower the opacity of that to around 30% or something. That's a good banner though, well done.
