You asked me to rate this so here I am. It's alright although it's a bit plain, I wouldn't expect much seeing as you have only been using Photoshop for around 2 weeks or something. You're improving vastly though, the text is looking really good and the sparkles/shine effect is awesome. I like the Transformers font used, maybe do a little more with the background? Nonetheless, well done.

9.5/10 love the background glow ont he letters and the sparkles add the touch .5 because i dont like colors but it's still sick!
