this is all true but when somebody introduces themself all anybody says is read the rules and help around

just think of the percentage that do read the rules

I've read the rules multiple times.

People post "If this is against the rules please close", but they can just look at the rules and find out for themselves.

i read the rules but i didn't get what they meant at first because i wasn't experienced enough to know what rep is or what avatars and sigs are. there should of been a walk through some where to help explain to us what these things are because if you try to ask TTG members 40% of them would probably make fun of you and wouldn't even try to help.

A lot of people don't even know where the rules are! But I have read them before.
