If you can not understand him, here is the basic jist of it.

1. Load on Winter Contingency on Heroic.
2. Play through the level as normal until you reach the end.
3. When you activate the station at the end of the mission, a cutscene will trigger, skip this cutscene.
4. Right as you press skip, instantly press start, save & quit.
5. The game should end but will NOT reward you as completing the level, this is normal.
6. Now when you reach the lobby you will not be rewarded anything.
7. You should see the option to Resume Solo Campaign, start the game and the screen will go black for a few seconds, then the game will end and award you as completing the mission and count towards the weekly.
8. Rinse & Repeat Step 6 and 7 and do it 9 times until you have the Weekly Challenge.

There is ALSO an easier alternative for those who are familiar with USB/Transfer Cable Modding, you can visit this topic - Forums/t=1133531/weekly-challenge...edits.html and download the Winter Contingency Save and follow the tutorial given in that topic to complete the weekly.

Doing this will also count towards the Commendation 'Flawless Cowboy' which is awarded for completing a Campaign Mission on Heroic or Higher without dying.

You can continue doing this until you achieve Onyx in this commendation or stop.
