If you sent it as a gift you can still get it back. I was scammed from buying a jtag and i got it back. it took 2 days to get the money back.

same thing happened to me, i got scammed by Shane_Clare for 150.00 for his ps3, and i opened a dispute and in 15 days i got my money back, do the same

Thats sucks that happend to me but the kid rigged his paypal to a reloadable creditcard and when i sent the money he just cashed out and never said anything i still have my dispute open and he hasnt logged onto the paypal since
