When I try and talk my friends cant hear me and my DPX21's will not respond using the speaker icon in party and game chat and when i talk loudly I can't hear that echo of my own voice.

Is there any way to fix or repair this.

get a refund or just mess with the thing u plug into ur controller thats what i do with my px5
