i wanna run bf3 at 60fps and on atleast high setting is a 6950 good enough to do that?

Yea..probably. We don't know seeing as the game is not out. I would try to go for a gtx 570/6970 if possible.

As long as you have some descent other specs, it shouldn't be a problem.

probably, i have a 6850, i probably wont run on max, but i will be running on high
