1. find the account you want to unban.
2. Go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings, Select Memory.
3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
4. Select Clear System Cache.
5. Find all of your files, including games, demos, music.. etc.
6. There should be at least 1 corrupted file in one of the folders. DELETE CORRUPTED FILES!
7. Delete the account from the harddrive, DONT DELETE IT PERMANENTLY!
8. Recover it back, and your account should be unbanned.

Don't host on your main account, also 3arc and IW can report you because YOU are violating the Code of Conduct and Terms of Service.
