There are a number of set clan tags you can set, all of wich are ones you can not normally set as a clan tag.

you filed a dispute, and locked the paypal acc, so no, you will have to wait for paypal to refund you as theres nothing i can do to it.

i just want a keyvault to run a lobby thats all im asking and i cancled the dispute so whatever i guess

even a shared one with 10 minutes left i would take...

Cancelling the dispute makes no difference at this point... I wouldve refunded if you told ME it was a bad KV, after all, it was my paypal.. Keyword, WAS... Its closed now, thanks for that... May as well leave the dispute open so paypal couldve sent you your money back after it gets sorted out.
