Earn Rep First Then The Green Flag At The Bottom Of Your Thread ;)

You use the little green flag at the bottom right side of the post. You can + or - rep people..

You need rep power to give rep you recive rep power every 25 posts you make or every time people give you 100 reputation points.

The maximum rep you can give when your a non member is 25
For a gold member you can rep 50
i belive a staff member can rep 100

You need to have at least 1 rep power to send someone rep. The amount of rep you can send is determined by your rep power.

To send rep, you press the little green flag by someone's post.

You first have to earn rep yourself to give other people rep then when you see a post you agree with you go to the lower right hand corner of the post and you will see a green and red flag.
Green Flag- to +rep or -rep somebody.
Red Flag- Report the poster of the topic for some reason.

To +rep you click the green flag and a pop-up will appear on your screen, click I agree with this post. Then choose how many rep points you want to give. (Can only give o more than your own rep)
To - rep somebody, follow the same steps as above but this time click on I disagree with this post and chose how much rep you want to subtract from them. (Can't - rep more than your own rep power). 25 post= 1 rep power
