Right now I am trying to talk to my friend on xbox. I can hear everything he says, but the only way he can hear me is when his mic is unplugged. We are playing black ops and all of his black ops volumes are maxed out, his voice preferences are maxed out and selected to play through headset, any other idea to help us out? He has a generic 360 mic that comes with the xbox and he says he tried moving the dial both ways for the volume and still nothing...

Turn off your xbox, or its parental settings

tried restarting xbox and I was talking to him last night, so I don't think its parental settings.
