When i save my PS cs3 image i try to open it on photobucket but its not there, as if it is invisable, someone help?

Save it as a Jpeg, if you did that use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

When you save it you must save for web devices its a little bit down

Saving it as a PSD allows you to re open it later with all the layers etc. Save it as JPEG.
Click File> Save As> insert name
underneath the name it should have a drop down, just select JPEG

Its a flashing image when u use JPG its a solid image as in no flashy
