It always does that. Just take it out, clean it really good then try it again. It will work eventually. hope you get it.

this exact same thing happened to me
its not the disc... or the files being currupted...
its ur xbox
the only way to fix it sadly is to replace your xbox
what the problem is is sometimes when your xbox is opened or whatever damaged or old it wont let you hotswap
that might not be your answer but it happened to me and it sounds like its happening to u

I havnt done this yet but ive read tutorials bc im going to make one soon but if it has red doesn't it mean its a bad ISO?
