That's how you supposedly hotswap without opening your 360. I havn't done it myself but pretty sure it works.

idk if there is a link but if u hav ur disk in there ex cod waw have it load up then go to ur dashboard and go to my xbox and press y for details and it should load and say install game press that n then take cod out n put ur modded disk in (if ur xbox is alreddy taken apart)
