- Upgrade to at least a 6850.

- Get rid of that 'water cooling' heatsink and go with a hyper 212. Cheaper and better.

- Am3+ motherboard wouldn't hurt.

- Get rid of that PSU and go with a solid 550W corsair one.

Also, no Windows?

Windows 7 will actually really help

Most of those are great for what you are doing

He's probably going to PirateBay to get Windows it will save you around $200 if your on a tight budget, or he already has a fresh copy

Also 8 gigs of RAM? worthless , get 4 gigs of ram and upgrade the video card
