i downloaded a waw torrent and didnt get in trouble, but yes you can but its very slim

I know people who have downloaded thousands of torrents. However, it is the publisher that gets in the s**t, not the downloader.

You can but it is very hard to catch just don't be dumb like by asking the police. Other than that just go ahead and download it. The risk is slim!
