well i just had a go at this,
layed down... nothing happend then... around the half hour i started to get a itch.. didnt do anything, then i heard some freeky sounds from behind me! i didnt do anything tho,, they went... then, my body felt as.. it was like being lifted up.. when i was breathing i felt the bead press harder and harder on my back, and then BAM.. i saw alot of multi colours and crazzy stuff,
then my heart got way to fast.. so i stopped.. so, im not sure, all i know was that was very relaxing :3 ill be trying it again tomorow,
Very Very nice tho ahah

Read the following

to everyone who is scared:
1. it is like a regular dream, you just know its a dream and its more vivid (also, you can control it)
2. you can look at what ever you want. if you look at a mirror, you can imagine that there will be a piece of chicken on it and it will happen
3. sleep parlysis... i am not full aware of this and it doesnt seem that bad. all it will feel like is that you are being pushed down... you will be able to get up in a bit (dont worry)

also ask me if you need anything else

Ok first of all no one should of even mentioned mirrors, because now I'm really curious.
And also I'm kinda scared to do this, as I have a heart condition and am only 14 years old. But then again I would reall live to experience this as I think it would be amazing to look forward to going to sleep everynight thinking "I can't wait for my dream!" but it's just getting over the first hurdle....
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
