Like once you reached the highest level. NOT prestige.
You had nine options per perk.
You could pick three of the options and then name the perk.
It would be so cool.
I would pick probably Sleight Of Hand, Stopping Power, and Cold Blooded. (I just used the MW2 Perks)
Post your ideas or what you would use!
