Hey guys i need to know how to make a flashing avatar as i have saw people have them all around ttg and i wouldnt even mind if it was animated +rep for answers..

TUTORIAL

Make text...open your animation window...duplicate the layer in the animation window....select the second layer....change the opacity to 0% on the second layer.....select the first layer...click the 4 dot button (tween button)...then make frames to add "45"....then duplicate the 47th layer...then select the 48th layer and make the opacity 100%....then you get something like this. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

what program is this on? Photoshop, sorry if i sound like a noob but im new to this gfx
