If u move the title update to a USB then remove the USB hit decline on the tu7 then put in the USB It will then load from the USB creating a bypass around it.I think this will work plz try out I'm @ my friends house he fell asleep 3hours ago so I'm bored on TTG good luck also plz give me credit seeing how my brain works LoL[ : but if it works whoever post that I dose get it 2 work with a vid will get credit 2 idt it will work good luck.

No. For a few reasons.
1) because you cant put the tu on a usb it belongs in the cache folder which means you cant move to usb and if you did pluging the usb back in would not reupdate it.
2) You have to connect to xbox live for any mods/xp to stick. after it reupdated, it would bring you back to the menu, deleted what was modded.
