Do you have a modified ring of light?
Does the ring of light display the normal boot up pattern?

If your heatsinks are getting super hot fairly quick, that means they are doing there job correctly and are making good contact with the processor that they are on.
Your problem lies with the cooling devices in your console. They are not wicking the heat off of heatsinks quickly enough. I highly recommend doing both the 12 volt fan mod and the fan shroud mod. People give the fan shroud mod way to little credit but in my honest opinion it does more to reduce temps than the 12v fan mod alone.

Your console is right on the verge of getting a red ring of death.
By the sounds of it, the RRoD isn't to serious and will only need a reflow.
message nitz0 on this site or email him @ support @ repair-tronix.com to ask about sending your console in for a reflow.
I believe he only charges $40

Ive Givin Up a couple times on this, and im really stressed out about it, well its as simple as this... Mt Xenon Jtag Will Not Turn On. That simple, i know what i have to do to fix it, so i made an lpt cable, which i think looks wonderful, everything is hooked up right, i checked with a multimeter, but i have an old computer with a pci card lpt, so i found out nandpro io patcher doesnt work with windows xp, so i have to patch it on my windows 7 computer then transfer the nandpro program via flash drive to the other pc, but when i try to dump; my nand it still searches for the regular ports and gives me the
"cant detect flash controller" error.
"cant detect flash controller" error.
ANY AND ALL HELP IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED WILL +REP IF I CAN GET THIS JTAG FIXED AND I WILL PAY. PLEASE HELP

Jtag has been sitting here for awhile and decided to try fix, its all good now.
Xellous boots and runs perfectly, but when I turn the xbox on normally it doesn't boot to the dashbboard, is there a wire lose and in need of soldering???
Or is it the Nand-X installed thats causing this?
(The Jtag has one blue wire on the motherboard front side and below has two wires hooked up.)
EDIT: Fixed it

By no noise, are the fans spinning?
If the fans aren't spinning then you have a power problem.
Have you attempted repair? Are their LED bulbs inside the console that could be shorting something out?
